Active membership in the Independence Chamber of Commerce is required in order to participate in the Partnership.  The membership requirement will be waived for the first year if you were previously an investor with the Independence EDC.

IEDP Investor: The IEDP is comprised of appointed officials from the City of Independence and private‑sector members who help guide and support the goals of our economic development program. Investors meet regularly to provide feedback, discuss strategies, and help advance growth and development throughout our community. The annual investment to participate as an IEDP Investor is $2,500.
