The 78th Annual Halloween Parade hosted by the Independence Chamber of Commerce will take place on October 31st, 2026.

The parade consists of local businesses, organizations, and community leaders. If you would like to participate or become a sponsor of the parade, please see the pricing information below: 

Participant Pricing Information (all prices will increase by $10 after October 19th, 2026) 

Entries after October 26, 2026, will be put at the end of the lineup. 

$100 Political Entry - Any political candidates or groups. (10/20/26: $110.00) 

$100 Commercial Entry - Any Business with a float does not include extra advertising. (10/20/26: $110.00) 

$50 Adult/Community Groups - Any adult or community group participating in the parade with a float, dance studio, costumed group, car or motorcycle club, or equestrian group. (10/20/26: $60.00) 

$30 Youth/Non-Profit Group - Any local school, youth club, or non-profit group. (10/20/26: $40.00) 

$0 Complimentary Entry - Includes only color guards, military units, public safety units, and local school bands.

As the Presenting Sponsor, your business will receive the following benefits: 1. Option to have a float in the parade 2.
