Join the Independence Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Higher Ground at 200 N. Delaware St., Independence, MO, on Thursday, November 12, from 3:00–5:00 PM! Come tour the space, enjoy refreshments, hear from the organization’s team, and learn more about the important work they are doing in our community. 

Their mission is to shelter and educate homeless, pregnant and parenting young women, providing comprehensive services that empower them to make successful life decisions for themselves and their babies. 

We invite our Chamber members and community to join us in celebrating this exciting new chapter and supporting an organization making a meaningful difference in the lives of young women and their families.
